										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vuonna 1936 perustettu NGK on maailman suurin sytytystulppien valmistaja. NGK sytytystulppia valmistetaan joka vuosi yli 500 miljoonaa kappaletta. Sytytystulppa on moottorin toiminnan kannalta kriittinen osa. Sytytystulpan kipin&auml;n on sytytt&auml;v&auml; joka kerta juuri oikeaan aikaan, jo muutama sytytysh&auml;iri&ouml; voi riitt&auml;&auml; vaurioittamaan moottoria.</p>
<p>NGK CR7HSA&nbsp;sytytystulppa on yleinen malli mopoissa.</p>

Sytytystulpan palotilassa olevan p&auml;&auml;n j&auml;ljist&auml; pystyy yleens&auml; p&auml;&auml;ttelem&auml;&auml;n sytytystulpan kunnon ja toimivuuden. Hyvin toimivasta moottorista irroitettu sytytystulppa n&auml;ytt&auml;&auml; &#8221;kuivuneelta&#8221;, harmaan-ruskean s&auml;vyiselt&auml;.</p>

<li>Jos sytytystulppaan on&nbsp;<strong>muodostunut kerrostumia</strong>, voi polttoaine olla huonolaatuista tai ep&auml;puhdasta.</li>
<li>Jos sytytystulpan&nbsp;<strong>eristeess&auml; on murtumia</strong>, voi sytytystulppa olla kiristetty liian suurelle momentille tai sytytystulppa voi olla vaurioitunut ennen asennusta.</li>
<li>Jos sytytystulpan&nbsp;<strong>keski- ja maaelektrodi ovat sulaneet yhteen</strong>, tulppa on kuumentunut liikaa. Syyn&auml; voi olla sytytystulpan v&auml;&auml;r&auml; l&auml;mp&ouml;arvo (liian kuuma) tai moottorin k&auml;yntih&auml;iri&ouml;.</li>
<li>Jos&nbsp;<strong>sytytystulppa on karstoittunut</strong>, se on toiminut alle itsepuhdistusl&auml;mp&ouml;tilassa (450&deg;C).&nbsp;Moottori ei ehk&auml; ole l&auml;mmennyt tarpeeksi lyhyiss&auml; ajoissa tai sytytystulpan l&auml;mp&ouml;arvo on v&auml;&auml;r&auml; (liian kylm&auml;).</li>
